Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Estimated processing times:
- Ready-to-Wear Collections: 2-5 business days
- Made-to-Order Designs: 10-20 business days
- Bespoke Creations: Subject to individual consultation and production schedule
Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs clearance procedures.
- Vietnam: 1- 5 business days
- Asia Pacific: 3 – 7 business days
- Europe, North America, Middle East: 5-10 business days
- Other International Destinations: 5 – 14 business days

Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. LE LAM is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the exclusive nature of our creations, returns and exchanges are accepted only in limited circumstances.
Ready-to-Wear items may be eligible for return or exchange within 5 days of receipt, provided that: The item remains unworn and unaltered, Original tags and packaging remain intact, Proof of purchase is provided.
Made-to-Order and Bespoke creations are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless a manufacturing defect is identified.
